• Cancellation
  Please contact us in case of cancellation of rental reservation or we cancel it after an hour from reservation time.
• Your request may depend on availability.
• We accept rental on the day, however reservation comes first.
• Please return the item(s) in the condition as it was and report any damages.
• Stop using the item and contact us immediately when any damages occurred.
• Any damages and loss of accessories and keys, damages of the body, and cycling under influence and drug use cannot be insured by accident and liability insurance which is already included in rental fees. Repair insurance is available for damages, loss of accessories and keys and damages of the body for 300yen per item per day. Without repair insurance any repairs occurred would be your expense.
• Deposit is required on some items.
